Together, we will deepen your understanding of yourself and your potential.

Hi, I'm Abby, a queer and disabled counselor! My work with you will involve empowering you, supporting your development of self-awareness, and identifying your strengths, all while acknowledging macro- and micro-scale systemic barriers that may inhibit your growth and development.

I have experience working with many marginalized communities, such as those in the LGBTQIA+ community, the non-monogamous community, the disabled community, those living in low SES circumstances, individuals with acute or chronic traumatic histories, autistic folks, and individuals who experience depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.

My therapeutic approach is eclectic in nature, where I draw from evidence-based approaches like DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), while integrating humanistic approaches to support deep, meaningful work
