Connect With Us

At the end of the day—whether we admit it or not—we all want to belong.

But when life gets overwhelming or the same relationship issue keeps popping up, it’s easy to believe something is wrong with you—that maybe you aren’t even “worthy” of belonging. Over time, the anxiety builds, the disconnection grows, and you can begin to lose sight of who you truly are.

We believe

You’re not broken, and there isn’t anything wrong with you.

These patterns didn’t come out of nowhere. They’re shaped by your lived experience—painful moments, internalized messages, relational wounds—and they lead to deeply seated beliefs about who we are and what we deserve. Therapy gives us a place to unpack those beliefs, understand their roots, and slowly start to rewrite the story.

WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO

Yes, we’re therapists, but we’re also humans, just like you.

We’ve navigated our own identities, lived through loss, questioned our worth, and reached out for support in moments when we felt like we couldn’t keep going. And we know how life-changing it can be to sit across from someone who truly sees you—someone who isn’t trying to fix you, but who’s walking with you as you find your way back to solid ground, and ultimately back to yourself.

That’s why COR Counseling was created. We wanted to build a space where people could show up fully—with all their parts, all their pain, and all their potential—and be met with empathy, intentional care, and honesty. A place where LGBTQIA+ clients are deeply affirmed.

Where neurodivergent and disabled folks are respected and understood. Where caregivers, helpers, and those who are always “the strong one” can finally receive care themselves. Where teens don’t have to pretend, college students can explore who they are, and no one has to carry it all alone. We’re proud to serve clients from all underrepresented communities—whoever you are, however you show up, you’re welcome here.

Real healing happens through a strong relationship—not just with your therapist, but with yourself. We offer a space for that kind of reconnection, as well as an opportunity to understand the root of your pain and patterns, so you can begin moving toward a life that feels more fulfilling and more like you.

Meet Our Therapists

The relationship is a pivotal part of therapy. And we take that seriously.

A note from our founder

“I believe in therapy that honors who you are, not just what you’ve been through. That belief guides every part of what we do at COR, from the way we match clients with the right therapist to the care we take in holding space for identity, trauma, and transformation.

When I started COR Counseling, I wanted to build something different: something much more than just a mental health practice. I envisioned a community where people could feel fully human, without pressure to hold it all together, and where healing and growth could happen at their own pace. You don’t have to show up a certain way to be supported here—we’ll meet you exactly where you are, as you are.”
