Here, you don’t need to explain who you are to be understood.

Maybe you’ve always known. Maybe you’re still figuring it out. Maybe the world has made you feel like you can’t be the real you…or that you don’t deserve to be. But here’s the thing: Your identity isn’t a “problem” to fix—it’s something to honor, celebrate, and explore. That kind of deep acceptance and belief in your identity is at the heart of our work.

And maybe you hold a queer identity and just want a space where that part of you is respected—so you can focus on healing, growing, or sorting through the hard stuff life’s thrown your way.

Because being yourself shouldn’t feel like a risk. You deserve to feel at home in who you are, and to live a life that reflects your truth.

Maybe you’re here because you’re…

  • Tired of code-switching or feeling like you need to “perform” a certain version of yourself

  • Overwhelmed by fear, sadness, or anger in response to the current political climate

  • Hyperaware of how you show up in public, constantly watching your back

  • Unsure if you’ll ever feel safe, grounded, or fully accepted

  • Alone, even around people who say they care

  • Disconnected from your body, your community, or your sense of belonging

  • Stuck in cycles of shame, self-doubt, or internalized homophobia and transphobia

  • Grieving the family you wish you had, or navigating painful rejection

  • Wanting a space where you can just be queer and be supported in your challenges

Safety, joy, and belonging aren’t things you have to earn.

The person behind, who is taller, has short dark hair and is smiling while wrapping their arms around the woman.

How we can help

You deserve therapy that meets you with care for all that you are.

As a queer-owned, LGBTQIA+ affirming and centered practice—with many therapists who are part of the community themselves—we won’t ask you to educate us on your identity, and we’ll never pathologize your experience. What we will do is offer you a space to be seen, held, and supported, no matter where you are on your journey.

Your identity isn’t the issue—it’s the world’s response to it that often is.

There’s a complex pain that comes with navigating relationships, institutions, and public spaces that weren’t built with you in mind. From subtle invalidations to outright discrimination, it can be hard to know where you belong or if you’ll ever feel truly safe being 100% yourself.

We’re here to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been silenced or dismissed—to help you unlearn the shame that was never yours to carry.

We’ll work with you to build a deeper sense of self-trust, strengthen your boundaries, explore your identity without judgment, and heal from the harm you’ve experienced. If you’re coming out, navigating transition, seeking trauma support, or just looking for someone who truly gets it and believes in you—we’ll meet you with respect, warmth, and unwavering affirmation.

FAQs

  • Absolutely. We know how deeply religious trauma can cut—especially when it intersects with your identity. We offer space to unpack those experiences at your pace and support you in rebuilding whatever spirituality, meaning, or personal truth feels right for you.

  • Yes, we do. We have several clinicians who are experienced in writing gender-affirming letters and who work to help make the process respectful, supportive, and as uncomplicated as possible. We believe you should have access to the care you need without jumping through unnecessary hoops.

  • 100%. You don’t need to be out to anyone to receive support, and you don’t need to have everything figured out to get started. That’s exactly what we’re here for. We’ll meet you wherever you are, whether you’re questioning, exploring, or just needing a place where you don’t have to hide.

  • Please know this: you belong. So many of our clients carry fears of not “fitting” into some kind of mold, and those fears are usually rooted in messages you’ve been taught, not who you are. You don’t have to prove anything. You are enough, exactly as you are.

  • That’s completely okay! Being part of the LGBTQIA+ community doesn’t mean your identity has to be the focus of therapy. Maybe you’re navigating stress, trauma, relationships, anxiety, or something else entirely.

What matters most is that you’re in a space where your identity is seen, respected, and never questioned—so you can focus on whatever brings you in. We’re here to support you, not just one part of you.
