Insurance Options

If you have insurance, you can select your insurance plan from our list below. If your insurance isn't listed, services would be considered private pay/out of pocket.

If you don't have insurance and are seeking free or low cost services, we may be able to match you with a supervised Masters-level intern—just select private pay/out of pocket on the payment/insurance question below and write no insurance in the Insurance Group ID area of the form.

If applicable, we ask for a copy of your insurance card (in the form below) to ensure that we can properly match you with a therapist that accepts your insurance.

COR is currently an in-network provider with the following insurance companies:

• Commercial Plans: Aetna (commercial only), Blue Cross Blue Shield (all states), Blue Care Network, McLaren, Molina, Priority Health, and United Healthcare (commercial only).

• Medicaid Plans: Blue Cross Complete, McLaren, Molina, and Priority Health.

Please note that we currently do not accept Aetna Better Health (Medicaid) or United Healthcare Community Plan (Medicaid).
