Licensed Master Social worker
I don’t view your struggles as symptoms to be fixed, but as meaningful experiences to be explored.
I am a clinical social worker and therapist with a background in community development and mental health support. Living in Africa and working in urban communities across the U.S., Central America, and Sub‑Saharan Africa has shaped how I understand people, culture, and the challenges we face in different environments. These experiences inform my commitment to creating a therapeutic space that feels safe, warm, and genuinely understanding.
My practice is rooted in an existential‑humanistic approach. I don’t view your struggles as symptoms to be fixed, but as meaningful experiences to be explored. Together, we’ll look at your core values and identify areas for growth and change. The work is collaborative, reflective, and centered on helping you live more authentically.
I’m also a wife and mother of three. My clinical training, global perspective, and lived experience shape a therapeutic presence that is compassionate, steady, and attuned.
