I create a safe, non-judgmental, and anti-oppressive environment to talk about your struggles.

Welcome! Engaging in therapy requires a level of vulnerability that is very difficult for folks to engage in right away, and trust is an important aspect that needs to be earned over time. This is why I want to create an environment that is safe, non-judgmental, and anti-oppressive for anyone looking for a space to talk about their struggles.

I don't believe in a "one size fits all" approach to therapy and recognize that each person comes from a unique background with their own experiences. My goal is to help be a support for you through your healing where we can work together to help you grow and thrive. Whether it's developing coping skills, unlearning harmful thought patterns, or bonding over all things nerdy (books, musicals, anime, baking, why Halloween is the best time of year etc.), I look forward to this journey with you.
