If you are l looking to understand yourself better, I'm here to help you create space for all parts of yourself to be seen and understood.

My approach is grounded in acceptance and curiosity

Life feels heavy right now, maybe you're carrying anxious thoughts that won't quiet down, dealing with relationship challenges that keep repeating, or navigating a major transition that has you questioning everything. You might be feeling disconnected from yourself or struggling to make sense of patterns that seem to follow you everywhere you go. If you are l looking to understand yourself better, I'm here to help you create space for all parts of yourself to be seen and understood.

In our work together, we'll explore what's underneath the surface—the parts of you that might be protecting, managing, or carrying burdens from past experiences. Using Internal Family Systems as my primary approach, I help you develop a curious, compassionate relationship with all aspects of yourself so you can show up more authentically in your life and relationships.

Here to help you unpack, process, and find clarity

Together, we'll work to develop practical coping skills, understand the impact of the external world, and help you access your own inner wisdom and self-leadership. I strive to create a comfortable, safe space where you can unpack traumas, work through anxious situations, or simply have an unbiased place to process your thoughts and experiences.

I believe every person and their parts has something important to offer. My therapy space welcomes people who identify as neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, sex positive, non-traditional relationship structures, and anymore seeking a non-judgmental place to explore their authentic self.
