Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

I believe that every part of us-even those carrying pain, fear, or shame - holds wisdom and a positive intention.

As a therapist grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) , Narrative Therapy, and broader Family Systems principals, I approach healing as a deeply relational and self-led process. I believe that every part of us-even those carrying pain, fear, or shame - holds wisdom and a positive intention. Through IFS, I help clients gently reconnect with these parts, building compassionate inner relationships and accessing the calm, clarity and confidence of their self. I use Narrative Therapy as a way for clients to explore and re-author the stories they've been living.

I don't focus on just an individual's diagnosis. I see symptoms as responses to context and unmet needs. I strive to create a space where new, empowering narratives can emerge. I focus on navigating family/relational dynamics, healing past trauma and helping my clients understand themselves better and more deeply. I strive to be collaborative, curious, empathetic and nonjudgemental.
