I help people gain clarity, strengthen self-trust, and create meaningful change.

I help youth and adults navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, identity questions, and major life changes- through affirming, integrative care in Ann Arbor and across Michigan via telehealth. Care is nonjudgmental and tailored to respect your process and lived experience with focus on relief, resilience and growth at your own pace. I help people gain clarity, strengthen self-trust, and create meaningful change. My approach is comprehensive, trauma-informed, and rooted in harm reduction, with a focus on LGBTQ+ care.
