Kristen Eiben
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Reaching out can feel scary, but you don’t have to do this alone. I’d be honored to walk with you on your healing journey.
Hi, I’m Kristen, a trauma-informed therapist who keeps it real, brings warmth, and meets you where you’re at. I’ve spent the last 10+ years walking alongside kids, teens, young adults, couples, and families through some of life’s toughest moments and I truly love what I do.
If you’re carrying pain from the past, feeling stuck in your relationships, or just trying to make sense of things, I’m here to help. My style is relational and strengths-based, which means I focus on what’s already strong within you even if it doesn’t feel that way right now. Together, we’ll work to reconnect with your inner resilience and rewrite the stories that have been weighing you down.
I’m not afraid to sit with the hard stuff, and I also believe therapy can include laughter, honesty, and even a little lightness. I pull from tools like mindfulness, somatic work, and self-worth building to help you feel more whole and grounded. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, identity, or big life transitions, I’ll be right there with you. No judgment, just support.
