Maybe you didn't choose this, but you don't have to navigate it alone.

Something shifted. Maybe it was sudden - a loss, a diagnosis, a relationship that fell apart. Or maybe it's been a slow unraveling - the kids left, the career changed, the body stopped cooperating. Whatever brought you here, you're carrying more than you should have to carry by yourself.

Grief doesn't always look like losing someone to death. It looks like losing the life you thought you'd have. The relationship you believed in. The health you took for granted. The role that defined you. And it is hard - genuinely one of the hardest human experiences there is. You deserve real support through it.

I've been a counselor since 1998, which means I've sat with a lot of people in exactly the place you're in right now. I'm not here to hand you a list of coping strategies and send you on your way. I'm here to walk alongside you - through the messy, nonlinear, real work of healing - until you don't need me anymore. That is always the goal.

If you identify as LGBTQIA+, you'll find a genuinely affirming space here. I've had the honor of supporting many people as they've found their way to an identity that truly fits - and I don't take that trust lightly.

We'll meet virtually, so you can show up exactly as you are - from wherever feels safest and most comfortable. I'm available Tuesdays and Wednesdays 8–5 and Thursday mornings 8–11.

If something in you is saying "this might be the right fit" - trust that. I'd love to connect.
