Helping you find more peace, joy and happiness in your daily life is important to me.

Change happens. Sometimes we choose it, sometimes things happen to us that we have no control over. Both bring adjustments and grief in your daily life. I believe grief is one of the most difficult things we experience as humans and the right support can make all the difference. Relationship changes, empty nesting, loss of health, becoming a caregiver, death, job changes and big moves are just some of those changes that can affect us in big ways. Having support through these times is a gift you give yourself.

I believe it to be a sincere privilege to assist people in their journey and would love to help you navigate yours! I feel a positive and sincere therapeutic relationship without judgement is the basis for all therapy and counseling..

I specialize in working with people ages 21 and up and I’ve been a counselor since 1998. Being somewhat “seasoned,” I have experienced many life changes and transitions and believe it is my job to work myself out of a job.

I am a strong ally of those identifying as LGBTQIA+. I have had the privilege of assisting many as they have found their way to a sexual identity that fits them and feels right.

I provide telehealth therapy and I have extensive training in providing therapy in this format. Telehealth provides all the confidentiality of in person and you can attend from your favorite chair in your favorite clothes! I work Mondays and Tuesdays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Wednesdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
